My Biggest Takeaway In Service-Learning

For many students, the biggest problem with exams is the lack of confidence, or what some people might call “test anxiety”. Through service-learning, my team and I aim to focus on underlying issue:self-confidence and came up with creating quizzes of different levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard, to allow students to feel a sense of achievement and slowly gain confidence after completing each level. Instead of giving up, they have to complete answering all questions correctly in order to advance to the next level. Everyone needs to be encouraged to do the best of what we can and correct our mistakes to stay true to our calling. Only then we will realize mistakes are portals of discovery.
