Conducted detailed simulation-based audits on manufacturing processes using FlexSim to identify inefficiencies and ensure alignment with logistics and production SOPs

Analyzed root causes of bottlenecks across upstream operations and proposed corrective actions to enhance accuracy and reduce wastage

Reduced simulation runtime for upstream operations by 10%, improving efficiency and facilitating faster scenario testing

WORK EXPERIENCE
Staff Sergeant of West Spring Marching Band Colourguard
Led a group of 20 teammates in my CCA section from Secondary 3 to 4 and clinched Certificate Of Distinction in 2016 and 2018 Singapore Youth Festivals.
I had to take on countless responsibilities such as:

Choreographing dances and routines with flags and rifles to enhance and interpret the music of the marching band show

Ensuring the synchronization of the entire performance

The ability to memorize movements in a short period of time

Ensuring the punctuality of every member
When the trainings gets tough and stressful, I had to motivate my teammates and encourage everyone to persevere together by holding small talks.
